Refund & Transfer Policy

Social Social Club: First Round · Last updated June 2026

All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or postponed. Tickets may be transferred before the event date. See below for full details on transfers, cancellations, postponements, and no-show policy.

1.General Policy

All ticket purchases for Social Social Club events are non-refundable. This policy applies to all ticket types including Early Bird tickets and any promotional tickets.

2.Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant aged 21 or over by contacting Social Social Club before 12:00 PM on the event date (1 July 2026). The replacement participant must:

  • Be aged 21 or over
  • Provide their full name, email address, and mobile number
  • Agree to the Event Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Notice

To initiate a transfer, the original ticket holder must contact Social Social Club with the replacement participant’s details. Transfers are processed within 24 hours where possible.

3.Event Cancellation by Organiser

If Social Social Club cancels First Round for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 14 working days of the cancellation announcement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

4.Event Postponement

If First Round is postponed to a new date, participants may:

  • Keep their ticket for the rescheduled date, or
  • Request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement

After the 14-day window, tickets are non-refundable and valid for the rescheduled date only.

5.No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event are not entitled to a refund or transfer after the event date has passed. Capacity is limited; if you cannot attend, please arrange a transfer before the deadline so another participant may attend.

6.Refusal of Entry

No refund will be provided if a participant is refused entry due to:

  • Inability to confirm age eligibility (valid ID required)
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct at the point of entry
  • Visible intoxication or unsafe behaviour
