Event Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your attendance at First Round. Please read them before buying a ticket. By purchasing, you confirm that you are aged 21 or over and agree to the conditions below.
1.Age Restriction
You must be aged 21 or over to attend. Valid identification may be required at entry. Entry may be refused if age eligibility cannot be confirmed. No refund will be provided if entry is refused due to ineligibility.
2.Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only after successful payment. Each ticket admits one participant. Tickets are non-transferable after the transfer deadline of 12:00 PM on the event date. Tickets may not be resold for profit.
3.Payment & Refunds
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where Social Social Club cancels the event. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, all participants will receive a full refund within 14 working days. Please refer to the Refund & Transfer Policy for full details.
4.Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant aged 21 or over by notifying Social Social Club before 12:00 PM on 1 July 2026. The replacement participant must meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
5.Alcohol Service
Alcohol service is controlled by the venue. No minimum drink quantity is guaranteed. The venue may refuse alcohol service to any participant at their discretion. Controlled free-flow beer is available from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Participants are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Dangerous drinking is prohibited.
6.Participant Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully. Harassment, aggression, discrimination, and unwanted physical contact are strictly prohibited. Participants who violate the Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without refund. Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
7.Safety & Transport
Participants are responsible for their own safe transportation. Participants are encouraged to use Grab, public transport, or a designated driver. Do not drink and drive. Social Social Club is not liable for any transportation incidents.
8.Event Changes
Event games, activities, and schedule may be adjusted depending on attendance, venue flow, and participant energy. Social Social Club reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event programme.
9.Photography & Video
Event photography and video recording may take place. Participants who do not consent to appearing in event media must identify themselves during registration. Social Social Club will make reasonable efforts to exclude non-consenting participants from published media.
10.Cancellation & Postponement
If Social Social Club cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, participants may keep their ticket for the new date or request a refund within the stated period (14 days from announcement). Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fair treatment of all participants.
11.Liability
Social Social Club and the venue are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where caused by gross negligence. Participation in activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
