  • Event registration: To process your ticket, confirm your attendance, and manage event capacity.
  • Event administration: To check you in at the event, communicate event details, and manage the waitlist.

  • Community communication: If you opt in, to send future event invitations and community updates via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
  • Event photography: If you consent, your image may appear in event photos and videos used for community and promotional purposes.

  • Payment processor (Stripe): For payment processing only. Stripe does not receive your marketing preferences or photography consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
